I went into Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge expecting the same ole thing... the hassle and the haggle bit... talking to several Managers... getting beat down in finance... and then the sales person just throwing me the keys. Boy was I wrong.... Very Professional, Very Helpful, and they made a deal that I wasn't expecting... here was the great part... I took 2 hours to buy a hour... WOW... I now have a New SRT 8 Challenger in my driveway... Thank you Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge.... Thank you!

Rich - May 18, 2011 5 Stars - I had contacted another dealer closer to us in North Bethsda on the Pike...the representative let me know that it would cost $125 for an "inspection"...I told her that I knew the problem...a window lift problem on the Jeep Liberty and that there was extended warranty for the problem. She said that they would need to verify my problem and that there was no recall. I said that she should check for a sevice bulletin then...I called Criswell and Mike said, "No problem...bring it in." They were efficient and honored the extended warranty on the window lift problem AND he was well aware of the situation, unlike the dealer on Rockville Pike. Mike is exceptional, as is the dealership.

My roommate needed new tires on his 2007 Jeep 4 door Wrangler. After searching all the local tires service centers we decided to check Criswell service center. We were quite impressed with the service a price that Criswell offered. We decided to have the new tires done. When we went back to pick up the Jeep, we were informed that they had found some other repairs that would need to be done. This was expensive work and the warranty had expired. When we were informed of the price we decided to take the money and put towards a new Jeep. We saw a brand new Jeep Wrangler Mountain Edition in Mango Tango.
